近期，我司发现有不法分子通过网站、App、微信、小红书等线上和线下渠道，假冒我司工作人员，冒用元生资本或Genesis Capital（以下统称“元生资本”）的名义，发布虚假信息，开展融资、理财、资本募集、产品销售、股票、基金等非法活动。元生资本在此郑重声明：

 

  1. 元生资本从未注册和运营任何“元生资本/Genesis Capital”及相关标识/名称的APP，亦未授权任何实体或个人注册或运营相关APP；元生资本从未授权任何实体或个人，通过网站、APP、微信、微博及其他任何线上和线下渠道，使用“元生资本/Genesis Capital”及相关标识/名称开展线上及/或线下公开募集、诱导投资等活动；所有前述行为均系非法行为，该等非法行为严重损害了元生资本及相关人士的形象及声誉，元生资本特此明示保留对该等非法行为和相关行为人采取法律行动的权利；

  2. 任何实体或个人未经元生资本书面授权冒用元生资本享有权利的商标、标识、企业名称及其他信息等所实施的行为与元生资本无关，元生资本亦不对此承担任何责任；

  3. 有关元生资本的相关信息，仅通过以下官方渠道发布，其他任何未经元生资本书面授权而发布的信息及材料均为虚假信息及材料，请务必提高警惕：

元生资本提请广大投资者注意提高警惕，加强甄别，提高防范意识，谨防上当受骗；如遭受诈骗或损失，请务必尽快联系公安机关等相关机构，通过法律途径维护自身合法权益。 

 

 

Recently, we have discovered that unlawful persons have been impersonating our staff through websites, Apps, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and other online and offline channels, using the name of 元生资本 or Genesis Capital (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Genesis Capital") to publish false information and engage in illegal activities such as financing, wealth management, capital raising, product sales, stock or fund investments. Genesis Capital hereby declares:

 

  1. Genesis Capital has never registered or operated any App under the name "元生资本/Genesis Capital" or related logos/names, nor has it authorized any entity or individual to register or operate such Apps. Genesis Capital has never authorized any entity or individual to use "元生资本/Genesis Capital" or related logos/names for public fundraising, investment inducement or any other activities through websites, Apps, WeChat, Weibo or any other online and offline channels. All such actions are illegal and seriously damage the image and reputation of Genesis Capital and related individuals. Genesis Capital expressly reserves the right to take legal actions against such illegal activities and the persons involved.

  2. Any action taken by entities or individuals without written authorization from Genesis Capital that impersonate Genesis Capital's trademarks, logos, business names and other information are unrelated to Genesis Capital, and Genesis Capital will not be responsible for such activities.

  3. Relevant information concerning Genesis Capital is only published through the following official channels. Any other information or materials published without written authorization from Genesis Capital are false.
